Factory
Heightening Converting Innovations
Factory History & Development
HCI was founded in 1982 by Mr. Jason Ho in Taichung City, Taiwan, with a vision rooted in integrity, practicality, and a commitment to delivering user-friendly, high-performance converting machinery. From the very beginning, HCI earned trust by offering reliable equipment at reasonable prices, steadily growing its domestic and international presence.
As business expanded, the company relocated in 1988 to its current site in the Taichung Industrial Park, where it progressively constructed modern facilities, including new offices, a conference hall, and warehouse space to support production growth.
In response to global market demands and the rise of Industry 4.0, HCI launched a three-phase expansion plan in 2013, adding a new three-story building and renovating its existing factory. Completed in 2015, the expanded facility now covers 1,550 pings (approx. 5,100 m²), offering a streamlined and modernized production environment for enhanced quality control and efficiency.
Through every stage of development, HCI has remained true to its founding principles: “Understand customer needs, fulfill expectations.” With a focus on total quality management and full team participation, HCI's products are now trusted across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Looking ahead, HCI continues to evolve with a commitment to innovation, quality, and service, and is planning the construction of a new integrated office building to support sustainable growth and lead the future of smart manufacturing.
HCI Philosophy Of Quality
- To understand the market's needs and fully meet the customer's demands.
