The HCI FSE-CP Continuous Punching / Inspection Rewinding Machine integrates web inspection, rewinding, and continuous punching into a single machine, enabling high-speed, high-precision punching while the material remains in continuous motion. By combining two processes into one system, the FSE-CP eliminates the need to stop the web during punching, significantly improving machine utilization, production efficiency, and overall manufacturing productivity.
The continuous punching unit is equipped with a PLC-based control system and high-precision synchronization technology, allowing punching pitch and punching position to be precisely programmed according to production requirements. It is suitable for processing plastic films, paper, nonwoven fabrics, and a wide range of flexible packaging materials. In addition to standard round holes, the system can also produce customized hole shapes to meet the diverse requirements of various packaging applications.
