The HCI FSE-HP Hot Needle Micro-Perforation Inspection Rewinding Machine integrates high-precision inspection rewinding and hot needle micro-perforation technology into a single machine, maximizing production efficiency while reducing overall manufacturing costs.

The hot needle perforation unit features an advanced synchronized control system combined with a precise temperature control system, ensuring stable contact between the heated pin roller and the web material. It is suitable for processing a wide range of plastic films, including PE, PP, CPP, PET, and OPP.

Compared with conventional cold needle perforation, hot needle perforation creates a clean, reinforced molten ring around each hole, preventing hole closure after perforation.
