The FP-X250-2 Turret Rewind Shrink Sleeve Seaming Machine is designed for high-speed shrink sleeve production. Integrating automatic roll changing, auto splicing, in-line inspection, and precision solvent application technologies, it significantly enhances production efficiency and product quality.
Equipped with a turret rewind system, the machine automatically switches rewind shafts and performs splicing during production, minimizing downtime caused by roll changes and maximizing machine productivity. Combined with ultrasonic layflat width detection and solvent monitoring systems, it enables seaming and inspection simultaneously, effectively reducing defective products.
Furthermore, the machine features a new-generation peristaltic pump solvent supply system and precision needle dispensing technology. The solvent application volume automatically synchronizes with machine speed, ensuring stable and consistent adhesive application. It is suitable for tubular forming and seaming processes of various shrink sleeve materials, including PVC, PETG, OPS, and POF.

■ Turret Rewind Auto Roll Change System
The turret rewind design is equipped with two rewinding air shafts as standard. When the finished roll reaches the preset length or diameter, the system automatically switches shafts and completes the splicing process, significantly reducing downtime and improving production efficiency.
■ Fully Automatic Unwind and Rewind Tension Control
Equipped with high-precision load cells and a dancer roller control system, the machine utilizes a closed-loop feedback control system to maintain stable web tension and effectively eliminate tension fluctuations during acceleration, deceleration, and splicing operations.
■ Fully Automatic Forming Rod System
Suitable for shrink sleeve production with layflat widths above 50 mm, eliminating the need for forming plates. The forming rod and forming wheel can be quickly adjusted according to product size. An optional automatic width adjustment system is available to reduce setup time and improve dimensional accuracy.
■ Precision Solvent Supply System
Utilizing a laboratory-grade precision pump to control solvent flow, the solvent application volume automatically adjusts according to machine speed. This eliminates the instability commonly associated with conventional pneumatic solvent supply systems while improving solvent efficiency and product consistency.
■ Multiple Solvent Application Options
A variety of solvent application systems are available, including both contact and non-contact types:
